RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Please contact info@strikehold.com.au to advise why you wish to return the product and provide a contact telephone number. Our Customer Service Team will make contact with you to advise you of the process.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not accept a return or provide you with a refund.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

  • Product that has been used or partially used
  • Gift Vouchers

 

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your original order transaction are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the absence of these.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

REFUNDS

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank account, within five business days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund shows in your account.
