DELIVERY POLICY

 LOCAL DELIVERY via, StrikeHold Australia Customer Service Team. $6.95 per order, within 3 days of order.  Available to the following post codes on the Gold Coast,

 

4209, 4210, 4211, 4212, 4213, 4214, 4215, 4216, 4217, 4218, 4222, 4226, 4227, 4229 and 4230

 

STANDARD DELIVERY via Australia Post, Australia-wide. $15.00 per order up to a maximum of 5 kg.

Australia Post advises that delivery is between 5 and 10 business days due to high volumes of deliveries at present.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a card to notify you that the goods can be collected from your nearest post office. We are unable to leave the item without a signature.

Express Delivery is not currently available.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

 

Gift vouchers will be delivered via email, following your payment, at check-out. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and can be used for any purchases made online.

We do not charge for delivery for our Gift Cards when purchased as a single item.

 

Sending your order to a different delivery address:

 

We are happy to deliver your order to a different address than to the billing address. Please complete the different shipping details as you proceed through the checkout.

 

Completion of Your Online Order

 

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you do not receive this, please check your junk and spam folders. If you are unsure if your order was completed successfully, please email our Customer Service Team sales@strikehold.com.au.

Receipt and Invoice

 

A receipt will be sent by email on completion of order. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.

Bulk Orders Over 5 kg

 

If you are ordering bulk product, please email your order directly to sales@strikehold.com.au and our Customer Service Team will prioritise your order on a personal basis.

 

International Delivery

 

Although you can purchase via this website from anywhere in the world, we currently require a delivery address within Australia for shipping purposes. Please contact our Customer Service Team sales@strikehold.com.au directly if you require international delivery.
