In most cases, StrikeHold orders will be delivered via the Australia Post network and delivered within their standard operating hours. Orders will be packed and delivered to the Post Office within 24-48 hours of receipt, dependent upon weekend and public holidays. Alternatively, StrikeHold Australia, at their discretion, will use a private courier service.
Delivery charges are as follows:
LOCAL DELIVERY - $8.50 (including GST) per order
Delivery via StrikeHold Australia Customer Service Team or Australia Post is at our discretion. Local delivery is available to the following post codes on the Gold Coast:
4209, 4210, 4211, 4212, 4213, 4214, 4215, 4216, 4217, 4218, 4222, 4226, 4227, 4229 and 4230.
SMALL DELIVERY - $9.75 (including GST) per order
For orders below $60 (including GST), delivery is $9.75 (including GST) via Australia Post, Australia-wide.
STANDARD DELIVERY - $18.00 (including GST)
For orders over $60 and below $180 (including GST) delivery is $18.00 via Australia Post, Australia-wide.
FREE DELIVERY over $180 (including GST)
Free delivery will be provided on orders over $180 (including GST), along with free insurance for high value orders (maximum order for free delivery is $1,100, including GST).
LARGE ORDERS OVER 9 kg and/or over $1,100 including GST
Please email large orders over 9 kg and/or $1,100 (including GST) directly to firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Team will prioritise your order on a personal basis.
Large orders will be delivered via courier and delivery charges, including insurance and other freight fees, will be passed on to the purchaser. Alternatively, the purchaser can arrange for collection of the order on their own courier account.
Gift vouchers will be delivered via email, following your payment, at check-out. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and can be used for any purchases made online.
We do not charge for delivery of our Gift Cards when purchased as a single transaction.
Sending your order to a different delivery address
We are happy to deliver your order to a different address to your billing address. Please complete the shipping address as you proceed through the checkout process.
Completion of Your Online Order
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you do not receive this, please check your junk and spam folders. If you are unsure if your order was completed successfully, please email our Customer Service Team email@example.com.
Tracking your order
Your order will be tracked through the Australia Post network and you will be provided with a tracking information email. If you do not receive the tracking email and you require an update on your delivery, please email our Customer Service Team firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
Receipt and Invoice
A receipt will be sent by email on completion of order. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.
If you provide your company name on order, we will endeavour to provide a full tax invoice with your delivery. If you do not receive a full tax invoice and you require one, please email email@example.com requesting one.
Although you can purchase via this website from anywhere in the world, we currently require a delivery address within Australia for shipping purposes. Please contact our Customer Service Team firstname.lastname@example.org directly if you require international delivery.
